GOOD VALUE - REMODELED LOBBY

Good value for an international chain in Colombia. Avoid rooms facing street, can be very noisy. Rooms are large and comfortable.

Cali Columbia Four Points Hotel by Shera

The stay was just OK until I was leaving the room to go and check out. I had two suitcases with me an my first problem was the elevator was out of service. I wasn't to concerned as I was on the fourth floor and decided that I could take the exit stairway. To my surprise I found the stairway exit (Fire exit) was locked with a key. Hardly thought this was acceptable and went I walked around I found another was down. I did mention this to several people, but it didn't seem to alarm anyone.
