What a nightmare
Where to start..... I arrive to this hotel at 9PM only to find out that they had received my reservation through [...]but did not receive payment. Instead of them calling [...]and dealing with them I sat in the lobby until 12AM getting everything straightend out. The hotel itself looks great, decent looking rooms. As I walked in the room i was relieved to see how nice it was; until I walked into the bath room. I lifted the seat and noticed that there were urine stains on the seat from whom ever was there previously. I think this was the first time in my life where I felt I had to wear shower shoes in the bathroom. I left out of to town and came back with a friend only to find out they would charge me an extra $35 to let her come up to the room. I also got a wake up call at 05AM that I did not ask for and when I cheked out I had received charges that I had not incurred. The service in this place was a nightmare and the rooms are paper thin so you can hear everything going on in the other rooms and the hall way. Id say if the management was replaced this place wouldnt be to bad. But overall if you like to sleep and want to avoid headackes dont book this hotel.
