Hotel was nice and the staff were very friendly. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The bed spread was also very heavy and uncomfortable. If you sleep late and miss the morning room cleaning service they want to charge you 50% of the room rate for a later cleaning. Need better communication on all the charges that will appear on your statement upon checkout.

Un hotel de alto standing, pero
Un hotel de alto standing, pero el servicio muy negligente. No tenían ni idea de como gestionar un voucher de [website]. Necesité hablar con 3 personas, repetir la misma historia tres veces, para que no me cobraran las noches que ya había pagado a través de la web (y cuyas condiciones estaban perfectamente clarificadas en el voucher que [website] proporciona después del pago)
