The hotel offers 55 very ample suites ranging from 500 to 900 square feet. There are 45 Junior Suites with one bedroom and one bathroom, and 10 Master Suites with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Suites on the second floor offer an outdoor terrace as well. All suites come with living room with sofa-beds, LCD s, Home Theaters, dining room and full kitchen. For your convenience, suites offer high-Speed internet, international Satellite TV channels, mini-bar, and safety box.
The hotel offers 2 restaurants, Room Service 24 hours, a bar, 6 conference rooms, Wifi on the first floor, business center, gym and sauna, underground parking, security surveillance, and transportation.
Lancaster House is also ideal for extended stays, and it offers special discounts for groups and monthly rates.
Note: All citizens of Colombia will be charged the 16% national value-added tax

Wonderful service & beautiful suites
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. I was impressed by the size of the suite and it was very comfortable. The staff was always ready to help me with anything. The breakfast buffet was amazing, one of the best I've seen. I saw the gym and sauna but didn't have time to take advantage of them. If I come back to Bogota I will definitely stay here.

this hotel will charge you for everything from a phone call to a local # from the room to an information book And all kinds of fees not included on your travel package . I will never stay in this hotel or recommended to someone.

It's clean, it's respectable, a decent price BUT would probably try another place next time
Everything is fine fine fine - clean, got a big room (kitchen, sitting room - way more than expected for the price), breakfast was plentiful, etc., help was friendly, helped to get a taxi, etc. But it wasn't anything special really, and it is on a busy busy road. I'd like next time to find something in alittle more of a nice neighborhood where I can get a feel for Bogota.

Great Hotel
While there are better locations in Bogota, Lancaster is still well located. It's in a nice quieter part of town, and very close to the transmilenio (public transit and best way to get around Bogota). The hotel staff were all very nice and the breakfast is good. Only complaint is that the bed is kinda hard, but that's not a deal killer. I would definitely consider staying here again.

the room is very modern look , i love the Maribel sink .from the moment i came until i left they did help & serve you excellent. help me find Jewish temple call for us fax the passport got us tour guy the price was great the taxi wait for us to get on the bus, when we need him to drop us at the terminal satisfied the whale time.

comfortable room and excellent service
the 2 bedroom suite had plenty of space for 4 people and flat screen tv in both bedroooms. the showers were very modern and had excellent water pressure and immediate hot water. the food in the gatsby restaurant was very good and there were very cozy public areas where you could sit by the fireplace, enjoy a drink, or watch tv. the best thing about lancaster house is the staff. they are exceptionally responsive and polite. they were very helpful with arranging tours and transportation to the airport, and many spoke english. the hotel is in a classier part of bogota, but not near any attractions.

the restaurant at the museo del oro downtown was excellent and incredibly cheap for the high quality of food that they serve. i highly recommend the lomo de res. do not miss it if you go to the gold museum.

Great Stay
I was impresed by the size of the rooms. I knew they were suites, but wasn't expecting the size and comfort. The staff was also very helpful. Getting around the city was easy from the hotel.

An ordinary hotel in an extraordinary city
This is an ordinary hotel in an extraordinary city. We chose this hotel simply because of the positive reviews we read about this property. The hotel is quite simple and very ordinary. I would definitely look for an alternative on a next trip to Bogota.

Excellent choice
I stayed at Lancaster House and consider it an excellent choice. It is well situated in the city. The suite amazed me by it's size. It was nicely decorated, bright and clean. Also, it was good to have a comfortable space to work and relax, specially since it was separete from the bedroom. I thought I would use the kitchen in the suite for a snack at night, but there was no need, there is room service 24 hours. The people who work there are polite and friendly. I will go back.
