Its more than 40 years of experience and central location in Bogot make this, the first hotel of the Dann chain, the best option for travellers who want to be close to tourist attractions and the city's financial and governmental centers. Located just 14 km from the Eldoradro International Airport, the hotel offers 144 guestrooms (Superior Queen, Junior Suite, Suite, among others) and 7 rooms for meetings and events with capacities going up to 160 people.Dann Av 19 offers 144 guestrooms, featuring city or mountain views. The rooms are furnished with retro style and have a separate lounge area, sofa bed, work desk and a cable TV. Complimentary wireless Internet access is provided along with direct-dial phones. Guests can enjoy authentic Colombian flavors and international dishes in the hotel's restaurant. The bar serves drinks and local spirits until late in the evenings. For meetings and events the hotel have 7 rooms with capacity from 10 up to 160 people for your business and social events. Best experience

I was hesitating to stay at the Dann, after reading the reviwes, however, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed, and I have been in many hotels in USA and Colombia. The restaurant is the best, the service es excellent and the staff goes spectacular. I wanted to write this, yes so that other people learn about this wonderful place in Bogota, Colobia and stay here and enjoy as much as I did. Also very safe, really nice area in Bogota. Thanks Dann for such a great experience. The pictures don't show how beautiful this hotel is.

Worst Expereince Ever at a Hotel

1) The hotel room did not have AC. 2) The water pressure in the sink and shower was almost non-existent 3) The staff was very rude to my friends who came to visit in the lobby 4) They charged me an additional tax on my hotel room. There was no mention of this when I booked my room through orbitz, or when I checked in at the hotel.

Pretty but lacks amenities

Traveling through Bogota I found this Hotel online. It is NOT 20 minutes from the Airport. The phone didn't work and they didn't have an answer to fix it. It is a beautifully remodeled hotel. BUT.. It was humid, there was no air conditioning, road construction using a jack hammer occurred all night without an available room alternative. I like the Hotel but it was not responsive to the customers needs.
