Very close to all good restaurants, make sure to visit Watakushi, Balzac and Braserrie which are all very close to Hotel.

Hotel Charleston, Bogota, Colombia
I was in Bogota for 3 days on business, rooms are large and roomy, room service is great and fast, WiFi is super fast for a hotel and easily accessible and free. Great restaurants are right on same block. A little pricy, but great for business traveler that does not feel comfortable in Bogota. This block is super busy and private securoity is all over the place from the two hotels and three restaurants on the block.

Travelling Couple
Excellent accomodations and staff
The rooms are huge, modern, and spotless. The staff is extremely friendly/professional, and the front desk people were instrumental in our having the best experience possible. The only reason this is a "very good" instead of an "excellent" is that our room was right over the lobby/entrance (so it was somewhat noisy - easy enough to fix by requesting a higher room in the back) and the hair dryer in our bathroom never worked and wasn't fixed despite repeated requests.
