The location of the hotel accross UNICENTRO is great. The hotel and immediate area feels safe. Though you have to be careful anywhere in Bogota, I felt safe enough to venture out even in the evening around the area. The rooms themselves were average, but comfortable. Kitchen appliances were old and/or not working. Shower door could not be kept closed. Had to stick a soap box in between the shower door to take a shower. Walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors. Staff is nice/polite. We stayed 7 days in the hotel and must say we enjoyed the stay despite the little incomviniences.

We spent 9 nights at this hotel, people incredible kind, food was great, we even went for an aromatherapy massage. The only thing was when we first came in the room it smelled old, but nothing that Bogota's breeze couldn't fix. Definitely we recommend this hotel. Had a great time

The apartments did not have a steady hot water service and it can get very cold in a cold environment such as Bogota. But the service, the privacy and the amenities make up for any inconvenience. Concerts, get togethers, artisans on Sunday, it's own religious services, breakfast included it was all inside the hotel with the best of security. I'm definitely going back Next to a mall 1000 stores if not more

This was a great place to stay at. The location close to the mall gives you easy access to shopping, dining and banking. I found it even easy to take public transportation to the downtown area and taxis are plentiful. The hotel is very nice and the staff is very attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The negative side was paper thin walls, so you can hear everything next door. The microwave in the room was broken and the shower door did not stay closed, so water would spill out into the bathroom. The wi-fi did not work in our room in the 8th floor, so we had to go down to the 5th floor or patio to get a signal. The breakfast buffet was adequate, but not great. Nice place for week stay. Area seems safe, but as anywhere in Bogota, always be on guard.

My experience with hotel is excellent. They provide an excellent service to travelers who stayed at hotel for two nights or longer. The hotel is near Unicentro Bogota which it's an ideal location for travelers who need to purchase some things like food, drinks, clothes at store like Exito or any retail shops in mall. The hotel room is very comfortable, clean, soft and felt safe when my partner and I stayed there for 2 nights. I would recommend anyone who wants to stay at hotel with a great experience. This hotel is an ideal for business or travelers. I would give this hotel 4 stars out of 5 because it doesn't have a swimming pool which it is a must for me and wireless internet are not available but it has ethernet connection to your laptop. The hotel is located about 40 minutes away from city center where all places and architecture held at such as Plaza de Bolivar, Museo Botero, etc. Also, some workers at hotel who knows how to speak English is A plus for me. I would stay there again in the future.

The message system is poor. The phone ddidn't have a light to advert guest of new messages. We had to keep dialing #6 to get them. We also missed a lot of messages, and the reception staff was unfriendly. When I approached to leave a message for people visiting, it was never delivered. She also insisted we had a light on the phone but we didn't in our apartment. The internet connection which is advertised never worked. They said that the WIFI signal was not good in our building. I wonder what business travelers would do... Last but not least, the food was terrible. I expected a great breakfast as Colombia is known for its delicious fruits and breads. It was a poor american breakfast with white breads. The meals at the main dining restaurant were far from good, and the service was slow, untimely and incomplete. The service staff at The Cafe Colombia were very nice, and the apartment and the hotel facilities were beautiful.

The hotel was ok. Good location. Should have told us that there was a charge for local calls. The food for the room service was poor. Pigeons out side of window very annoying. To much noise from parties in court yard

Staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed before, and had a good experience. This time, our apartment front door bell was shared with another room, and our doorbell rang numerous times in the middle of the night. Visitors to the adjoining room were hotel staff (4 am!) and food deliveries. We stayed for 1 week - very expensive for the inconveniences. They offered another room, but too much work to move. Also, this room was much smaller than the room we had last time, for a shorter visit.

Beautiful Hotel. We will definately stay here again the next time we visit Bogota.
