family getaway
The staff were insensitive and inflexible to our needs. The beds were small, our feet hungover the edge of the bed. There were stains on the carpet. Waited a long time for room service and food was substandard. We will never stay here again and would not recommend it.

I only stayed a couple of nights at the hotel but found its location to be excellent for close by business meetings. There's a bunch of construction around the building which lowers street appeal plus the hotel is older. However, customer service and attention was excellent. I would recommend it for a business trip but not a vacation since the neighborhood turns dark and quiet at night.

The Crowne Plaza in Bogota was a mixed bag for me. My room key would consistantly not work over a 5 day stay but it was handled quickly and efficently. The business center was not open at posted times and open other times when not scheduled. The staff tried to fix my door at 1:30 in the morning but left as soon as they realized I was in the room?? The exercise area was under re-modeling. I would stay there again unless I could find an equal value hotel and price there.
