WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!
Something fishy and sketchy..... We had prepaid for our room in advance and when we arrived they not only denied our reservation, but they were trying to get rid of us and send us away! When I tried to use their phone to call someone to fix the situation, they wouldn't let me use it. They were extremely rude-every single staff member behind the desk! They said it was booking agents fault and that is wasn't "their problem". I travel for a living and I have never experienced anything like this! For the love of god, save yourself from this pit of h*ll they call a hotel.... you have been warned.
