Tianjin Golden Crown Real-estate Co Ltd. a sino-foreign joint venture invested by Huabei Branch of China Petro-chemistry Sale and SINOPEC (Hong Kong), was established in 1992. Now, with the idea of building the golden brand, a collectivized operation pattern with the major products of office building, apartment, hotel, catering and entertainment is formed. The company operates two star grade hotels which are Golden Crown Hotel and Golden Ocean Hotel.
Golden Crown Hotel is located at a bustling CBD. This stately and beautiful modern comprehensive building is with unique appearance and magnificent vigour. The facade effect that combines the Belgian original 24K gold-coating glass curtain wall with imported granite base likes a lustrous crown. The building, with the astonishing height of 188m, looks down every instantaneous brilliance days and nights.
