Good location for sight seen and dining

Researvation condition looks unclear for the hotel stuff. Descrepency between US $ payment with Chinese room rate is not matching. Location of hotel near harber front not city center but close to most of sight seen locations. Need better instruction to reach this hotel included transportation.
