Ying Fook Heen Chinese Restaurant
Ying Fook Heen Chinese Restaurant is located on the 2/F of Hotel Soul. Our Executive Chef
use of innovative cooking methods, particularly in molecular cuisine, adds to Ying Fook Heen's
unique dining experience. Signature dishes such as traditional Cantonese-style roasted meats
and double-boiled soups are a real treat for all taste buds.
N.P.S. Congee Hotpot
Located on the 1/F of Hotel Soul N.P.S. Congee Hotpot is the first rice-based congee soup which
aims to introduce oil-less, healthy eating in Suzhou. Using 5 types of premium rice from the
Jiangnan region, all of N.P.S's congee soups are slow-cooked for a minimum of 6 hours. The
slow-cooked nature of the congee-soup optimises the retention of flavours and nutrients, resulting in a tasty yet nutritious hotpot base for your meal. With a wide selection of fresh ingredients including meat, seafood, wild mushrooms, and vegetables, diners can create their own hotpot soup to suit their tastes.
Located on the hotels first floor Brasserie 101 offers a mouthwatering French menu which is a true first for Suzhou. All dishes created by the chefs here are made using original French recipes and feature choice organic ingredients from carefully sourced local and overseas suppliers. To further enrich diners culinary experience, Brasserie 101s spacious interior is fashionably decorated with sharp colors and eye-catching images of Sino-French cultural crossovers. In addition to an extensive buffet breakfast, the restaurant tempts both guests and visitors with a scrumptious all-day la carte menu.

Traveling here with a family, we found this hotel fantastic. Room size is perfect for a family of 4. I have never seen such large rooms for such an affordable hotel. Location is good, but somewhat hard to find the first time. Once you locate it,
the challenge is removed. Close to shopping and very good food options. Will definitely come back.
