great hotel,
Hotel is great, this was my 5 stayed in this hotel and the services is great, free internet, breakfast include for one ... person, and is a first class breakfast, restaurant on the top of the hotel are super good but not cheap, bed is a little hard. Love the hotel

A pleasent surprise
I chose this hotel based on other reviews. First the location of the hotel is great. You are close to nearly all the shopping ... areas and depending on the your room the view is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quite. I read where others said the bed is too hard. Personally this was no problem for me since I have lower back problems and prefer hard beds. Walking around Shenzhen I saw other hotels and preferred the location of this one. Cab rides were very cheap and if you do not mind walking you can get to almost all the shopping areas in just a few minutes. The dining is okay if you prefer to stay in but I suggest eating breakfast and going out for the rest of the meals to enjoy the culture. If you want to impress, eat on the 50th floor with a spectacular view of the city at night.

Most of the shopping around the hotel is like anywhere in America. If you go to Luo ho that is a different story. Be prepared to be haggle and such.

great hotel,
