Stayed two nights here and overall it was a good experience. The carpet in the room was very dirty and some staff could not speak English, which e was disappointing. But overall it was a good experience and I would come back.

Very Nice Hotel! Great prices and location - saved $$ comparing to the nearest hotels. People speak great english and very helpfull - ask for Clinton - the person who do everything for you!

Nice hotel and so it seems..
I arrived at Shenzhen at this grand hotel and expecting a first class service... the receptionist who checked us in is sulky unlike the usual smiley face I expect from a hotel at this scale. I was tired after all the travel and am just looking for some easy check in.. she then put us in a smelly room(smoke)eventhough we have requested for a non-smoking room. Furthermore, the aircondition in our room is not working and it is more comfortable in the hall way than the room. The next day we upgraded our room to a bigger and nicer non-smoking room. Everything seems nice until we settled in- NO air-conditioner either!!! I hope they pay more attention to the comfort of the guests afterall it is Southern China. I cannot imagine if we were to be there in the summer. All said, however I have to compliment on the food in the Monsoon restaurant in the lobby. It is quite nice and reasonable, staffs are not attentive and nevertherless brought us the delicious food which is in my opinion nicer than other restaurants around the hotel.

Beautiful hotel - recommend! Heads up, however, that the location is a bit off the beaten path. It is great, though, for those wanting a place near the airport (~30 mins).

Easy to access location right
Easy to access location right at the mouth of the subway station. Service is excellent, buffet breakfast was very good and low cost. Swimming pool was good.
