This hotel is central for business

This hotel is central for business travellers. The room was decent but not very clean. The hotel is in an office building so a lot of traffic. Breakfast is good. For the price, I recommend.

City Inn Chinese In English Out

Finding the hotel was very difficult because the name is English, but there are very few Chinese who understand English. Once the Chinese name was known I was able to get a cab to the hotel. When I went to the front desk to register, I discovered that the hotel staff did not speak English either. I was told I would have to pay a $200 yuan deposit and I did so with my credit card. When I checked out they said they did not have the means to reverse the charges at that time.

Time-saving tip: Short walk from hotel

It is a short walk to the rapid transit which is inexpensive and there are some shops and banks in that area, but people in that neighborhood act as if they have never seen a foreigner before. There is also a lot of security near every building.
