Great hotel, friendly to international guess
A very clean hotel 5 star hotel. Very friendly staff that speaks english. Right outside of the subway stop. Pretty good value for the stay (just don't eat at the hotel).

Nice hotel, freindly staff with a few issues
The hotel was good, with friendly English speaking staff. The restaurant was average with a small selection menu but again friendly staff and chefs. My only real issue was the phone system in the room. After the first night the message light would not turn off, just blinked all night long on all three phones. After two days of technical staff trying to fix the phones, nothing; just 24/7 blinking. They offered to move rooms but once unpacked and moved in I couldn’t see the point. Then the phones started ringing independently from each other and some phone calls had to be answered in the bathroom, other in the bedroom and a few at the desk. Made it interesting, taking business calls in the bathroom with a laptop.

the swimming pool is NOT ready
the swimming pool is NOT ready yet, don't be fooled again! The location is just 1 min walk from the nearest metro exit (line 7, exit 4), which is quite a PLUS. Ice cube is provided for free, which is another plus, room is clean, however, not as wide as I thought, they gave me a small one but gave my friend a bigger one with the same price, so ask for changing the room if you don't feel right!
