Luxury and business amenities at 5-star Pudong hotel
This contemporary 5-star hotel in Pudong opened in March 2007 and offers comfort with luxurious rooms and oversized bathrooms equipped with an enormous soak tub flat-screen television and views of the city through a floor-to-ceiling glass wall. Business travelers have access to extensive conference facilities and easy transport to the nearby Lujiazui Financial District. The 40-story hotel is slightly off the tourist track, but the subway station across the street helps leisure travelers connect easily to the sights of greater Shanghai.

The Eton Shanghai is conveniently located just across the street from subway line 4. There is not much around the hotel but the subway can get you to just about any where you want to go in Shanghai. To save money and avoid traffic you can easily take the subway to both of the Shanghai airports and the train station.

LUXURY BUSINESS HOTEL
Having read conflicting reports about the location of the Hotel and emphatically so about the essense at the reception I was a bit skeptical when stepping in Eton! After a short, clean and safe journey using the Maglev and the Metro - first time in Shanghai without any Chinese knowledge but believe me taxis are for time wasters - I was most impressed by the essence that you find in Orthodox church and is rather pleasant, whereas the room was impecable! Large, clean, with air condition regulated pronto, huge flat screen -TV -also one smaller in bathroom -, bathroom big enough to play football in it, separate quarter for toilet, shower and an amazing bath tab at 31st floor! Wow I felt like a prince even I had stayed only few hours in my room. Let down was the expensive meals - even for European standards - the pricy beer (10 EUR a pint!!!!) and drinks over all. Otherwise, a great place. Will be back - preferably with romantic company. PS: Taxi burser most helpful, service if needed always there; Costa caffe next door really expensive.

Fooled with free breakfast
It is funny for [...] to advertise that breakfast is included and then be charged for the breakfast as the hotel only gives it to one occupant even in a room that has been registered for two people.

check out the gym and pool. Also the sauna and steam room. Use free wifi internet in the lobby and the dining areas.

Luxury Hotel in Grat Location
The Eton Hotel is well located in the Pudong area, right across the street from a mondern subway station. The rooms are very clean and the service is excellent. There is a lot of construction on the street (where isn't there construction in China!), but we were never bothered by any noise or had difficulty getting a cab from or to, the Hotel I would recommend the Hotel to friends.

The underground market is a short subway ride, or 5 minute cab ride from the Hotel. Very good shopping for clothes and jewellery.

我入住位於39樓的行政套房，透過整面牆大小的落地窗，可以很清楚看到上海環球金融中心的全貌、東方明珠的上半部、以及黃浦江。隨著時間的推移，可以看到不同的風貌，晚上這兩棟建築物還會有燈光秀。夜晚在全暗的房間中，有如此美景伴著入眠是種很幸福的感覺。客房服務的餐點是我吃過最棒的！而且是24小時，服務品質不因時間受影響。此地交通方便，正好在地鐵4號線浦東大道站的出口，且距離上海環球金融中心或者是國際會議中心都很近，非常適合商務旅客或觀光客入住。惟一美中不足的是網路要收費，按小時計算，24小時共收RMB1 0，若免費使用，必須要到一樓大廳，很不方便。
