Rayfont Downtown Hotel Shanghai

This is a good comfortable Hotel at a good price and good location. the only issue I run into everything is the front desk finding my online booking. I have been here several times and 9 out of 10 times they cant find it.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was very freindly and helpful.

[...].1) The shower didn't work. The shower knob fell off. Bathroom was flooded with water because the shower water didn't shoot straight, and was not adjustable.2) The hotel phone didn't work3) There was no mattress, only box spring.4) Different front desk person can charge you different amount of deposit. ---Quoted from the manager from the hotel.5) Terrible customer service. The manager and the front desk lady didn't appologize at all, and didn't want to help us at all even though it was not living condition. It was not till I warned my manager that I would wrote a review on Orbitz so that everyone in US could be alerted before they stayed in hotel, the manager upgraded the room for me. If you had to stay in this hotel, make sure not to book the one in side building.

Stayed in building one for one night. The room was small but nicely updated and clean. Stayed one night in building two which also was small but not as updated. Location is good and service was good.

5 minutes to the #9 metro and thus very easy to get to many of the central business centers in Pudong and Puxi. The room was clean and large enough to handle only an overnight bag with the internet way too expensive. The bed was not to hard and not to soft and being on the upper floors street noise was 99% suppressed. The breakfast, not included in the package, was reasonably priced and the selection was as good as a typical 3 star.Several good (Chinese & 'Western') restaurants within 10 minutes walking where you want to eat out.[...]

Room was good, great value during the EXPO. Good location. not more than a 2 dollar taxi ride to major attractions. Only thing that wasnt good, just took a little too long to check in. But overall cant complain- Room is as good as a 5 star hotels but for 30% of the price of a 5 start in Shanghai.

12月26日ＩＮ。メインビルディングの1階で 予約確認書を見せ、カードで100元のデポジット払う。 サイドビルディング（2号錬）の1226号室（ツインルーム宿泊）。 アメニティ・タオル・お茶＆ポット・シャワー湯量・トイレ水量など問題なし。 蒲団とドライやーをフロントで追加。すぐ持参してくれた。 難を言えば部屋の灯りが暗い、寒いので空調をつけぱなしにしてのどが痛い、シャワーの水はけが悪い、など。窓からの眺望はＧＯＯＤ。 日本語は通じないので英語か中国語が少しわかる方向き。 ここのマッサージは部屋 来るタイプなので、あえて隣の県園ホテルの地下へ行った。（60分100元位）まぁまぁ良かった。 浦東空港から60分。160元。地下鉄+リニアで50分。40元+4元。 乗ってないですが空港バス亭が徒歩5分。 最寄駅は打浦橋駅、徒歩5分。向いにはスーパーテスコ、徒歩10分内に コンビニ、吉野家、ＭＡＣ、薬屋、レストラン多数あり。 打浦橋の広場地下にはＳＨＯＰ多数あり。 おしゃれスポット田子坊は徒歩10分。 12月31日ＯＵＴは早朝でしたが、空いてたので5分でデポジットを切り 出れました。打浦橋の上下エスカレータは6時から動いており、荷物移動も楽でしたが世紀大道は上しか動いておらず、仕方なく手で降ろしました。 リニアへの乗り換えもスムーズなので、荷物の小さい方にはオススメです！ なにしろ会社が徒歩1分だったので助かりました。

我們從網路上訂,去到飯店才知道沒早餐,很失望,服務員態度也不是很客氣,房間沒有吹風機,洗頭不知所措,房間太小,連加床都沒空間.失望的一家飯店.

在該旅館店住了3天, 每天都必須到櫃臺報到, 因為磁卡一再被消磁. 第一天 checking-in 第二天 說我只訂了一天, 因此將我的房卡鎖起來（其實是我訂了兩次, 第一次 是7/12～7/13, 第二次是7/13～7/15）第一天報到時, 就將印下來的 confirmation letter 給櫃臺人員看過（她還給我了）. 花了30分鐘 仍未查到我的訂單. 後來在我要求之下解卡, 讓我到房間拿 confirmation letter 給她. 我想問題都解決了, 沒想到, 第三天 仍被鎖卡. 她們解釋說, 被不知原因的消磁了. 完全沒有合理的解釋 及道歉. 房價未包括早餐, 此一訊息並未在訂房時註明. 因此以為有早餐可吃, 直到餐廳才被 reject, 要求若要用餐, 必需支付RMB78（搶人啊）. ＊＊本人7/11同樣透過Hotel Club在寧波 Citic International Hotel 住宿, 就有供應自助早餐. ps:有位旅客拿到大房且非吸煙區的房間, 才花了RMB300. 而我花了400多 人民幣, 只得到一間比青年旅館稍微好一些的房間, 卻自稱是四星級旅館.
