Prepare to pay for taxi !
We chose this based on free shuttle service to/from airport. It turns out shuttle service from the airport is hourly and the last one is before 7 pm. The shuttle service to the airport is also only hourly. Our flight arrived past 9 pm. It was not as advertised and hard to figure out as we don't' speak Chinese and were without cell or wifi at times. We ended up paying 90 CNY ($15) from the airport and taking the free shuttle to the airport, but we had to make sure and reserve at check in. I would've chosen another hotel for a bit more $ but closer to the airport for our crash pad. We requested non smoking but was given a smoking allowed room, as there was an ashtray and lingering smoke smell. The 14th floor would've been nice for the view if the windows had been cleaned regularly. We were so tired and wanted to sleep for an early departure the next a.m. so we didn't bother with moving rooms etc.

GOOD HOTEL FOR NEXT DAY FLIGTH
I STAY THERE FOR ONE NIGTH BEFORE DEPART FROM PVG AIRPORT BACK TO HOME, AND, FOR MY OTHER EXPERIENCES, THIS HOTEL WAS VERY GOOD; IF YOU TAKE ONE HOTEL IN THE AIRPORT, SOMETIMES ARE MORE EXPENSIVE OR IN VERY BAD CONDITIONS, THE ONLY DIFERENCE ARE THAT ARE AT SOME MILES FROM THE AIPORT, BUT NOT AT PROBLEM IF WE CONSIDERER THAT HAVE A SUTTLE BUS EVERY HOUR AND THE TIME FROM HOTEL TO AIPORT WAS ONLY 15 MIN, SO, FOR SURE, I WILL RECOMMENDED AND I WILL USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN IN THE FUTURE

Quick stay before flying out
I stayed here one night before flying out of Shanghai. Very comfortable and helpful staff. You can see it from the metro stop and there is a shuttle to get back to the airport.

Nice place
We stayed at this hotel for one night on the way back home. The hotel was wonderful. Rooms were large and clean. We had a room with 2 double beds, this was perfect for my wife and I plus our 2 kids (i think kids under 12 were free).The free shuttle worked out great getting there and back from the airport (PVG) which is only about 15 minutes away. This is probably the nicest hotel that is close to the airport.

Pleasantly pleasant
A very pleasant experience. The staff took care of just about everything for us, including the Taxi driver that tried to gouge us from the airport.

GREAT Hotel
I was expecting an american-type Howard Johnson and got a superb hotel in Shanghai instead. Modern rooms, very comfortable beds and a seperate tub and shower. I felt like I was staying in a five-star hotel. You could never get a hotel at this price in the states.

The hotel restaurant was okay but could have been better. I wish I hadn't of been so jet lagged so I had motivation to look for a different place nearby.
