Apartment-style hotel in heart of Hongqiao business district
This French chain hotel opened in 2007 and is an option for travelers who like a kitchen and extra room to stretch out. The 484 rooms are configured as studio and one- or two-bedroom apartments with a kitchenette and washing machine. The location is off the tourist track and attracts many business travelers working in the Hongqiao district. The Shuicheng Road subway station on Line 10 connects guests to central Shanghai attractions. Guests can choose from three restaurants on site or choose from many others in the surrounding area.

Service with a smile
I was in Shanghai on business and this hotel was very accomdating. Shanghai is so large I don't know that you can say location was great but was fairly close to my needs. Scale, Microwave, Outlets didn't work like they should...but otherwise it was service, service and service. If you need a soft drink, dont buy from the hotel, they are 10-15 times higher than a Family Mart about 5 minutes walk.

Rate reduction during middle of stay. The rates went down $15 per night. Maybe it may have been better to make arrangement directly with the Hotel for extented stays (16nights). Perfect for short stays.

The reception offered different
The reception offered different rate from the reservation rate at check in. I mentioned about that to the reception at check in&out, but they did not accept my reservation rate and I had to pay as same as they offered... After I returned to home, I reported to HotelClub and I can received payback from HotelClub. HotelClub's handling　was speedy and excellent.
