The best hotel in Harbin
Frequent traveler to China Jul 12, 2009
I have been to Harbin several times and stayed at different hotels. There are only two true 5-star hotels in Harbin, Sofitel ... and Shangri-La. Between the two, Sofitel is newer and conveniently located next to a big and nice shopping mall where you can find McDonald's and KFC. It is not located close to any major tourist attractions but you can take a taxi to the central street for around US$2.
