Staff is not friendly. When we asked for a copy the map, the reception staff just pointed to a stand a few metres away without looking or talking to us. Not value for money for the price we pay.

杭州駅からタクシーで１０分ほどと近く、西湖まで向かう解放路沿
杭州駅からタクシーで１０分ほどと近く、西湖まで向かう解放路沿いで便利な立地。部屋はとても広くてきれいで、バスタブもある広い水回りに、アメニティも充実。新聞も無料提供され、部屋では有線で、ロビーラウンジでは無線で無料でインターネット接続できて便利。とてもオススメのホテル。泊まった部屋は１１階の西側の部屋だったので、わずかだが西湖も見えた。
