Very good.. and I would like to say a big thank you to the hotel for Helping my Parents so much in giving right information and they told me they want to be back in the hotel again!. Keep it up the Good and friendly service. According to my parents. They told me the hotel situated in a very strategic Location. Everything is walking distance. To what i know before i booked the Hotel, there are some negative Reviews on the Hotel. But I decided to give it a try. Generally this hotel is Strategic and with that we know it has to be in the City center and there will definitely be noise. But Not till like very very very Bad! Just a little Whis..... This hotel i would say is suitable for People who like to have holiday for shopping and like to stay in town with near by shop with just Walking distance!

The morning breakfast waiters and waitresses are unfriendly, unresponsive and seem to serve only the locals, and not the foreigners. This is discriminatory indeed and my family is very disappointed over this incident. Besides this, all other services are acceptable. Will I return? - Maybe not.

Within walking distance to Xihu
Within walking distance to Xihu and accessible to public transports. And I enjoyed the clealiness of the hotel. Breakfast was good too with variety of choices. Would certain recommend this hotel.

This hotel have a good location(close to the West Lake), and very clean. Room is big enough, and have a comfortable big size bed. But the price is a little expensive, and the sound insulation is not very good.

【部屋について】 私が宿泊したのは７階で、パソコンが備え付けられていました。 ただ、日本語が打てません(中国語かローマ字のみ) ちょっとした検索やメールチェックくらいなら問題ないと思います。 【シャワーについて】 シャワー室はガラス張りで部屋から見えますが、目隠し用のロールスクリーンがあるので問題ありません。備品はシャンプーとボディーソープが一体となっているタイプなので、シャンプーとコンディショナーは持っていくほうが良いと思います。 【フロントについて】 ３つ星ですが、親切な対応をしていた きました。 特に、メガネをかけた男性の受付スタッフが親切でした。 【立地】 西湖にも、河坊街にも歩いて行けます。 前にバス停があり、それに乗ると１本で六和塔にも行けます。 (2011年8月現在２元でした) 【総合】 次回、杭州に来ることがあれば、また利用したいと思います。

Good Location - Just 10 mins walking to Lake Breakfast - Not very good quality, but $18 only Room - Clean, Size OK, a bit noisy near the road Will come back if travel in Hangzhou again.

１）明媚な西湖の東側南北の中心に近い徒歩５～７分の処で便利。
１）明媚な西湖の東側南北の中心に近い徒歩５～７分の処で便利。 ２）ホテルの外見はともかく、部屋は清潔感充分。設備ではシャワーだけでバスタブがなかった。 ３）人民中心の商いのためかお金の両替（チェンジ）はできなかった。 ４）朝食は料金に含まれてなく日ごとに８元追加。３日で５００円足らずで満足。 ５）日本語通じないがホテル従業員には誠意が感じられた。
