Flower Inn China Westlake Hangzhou

We were traveling with our adult daughter, and the rooms were all too small for an additional bed, so we had to rent a second room. The accommodations were adequate and acceptably clean,but nothing spectacular. I did notice that the towels were thin and worn ragged at the edges. There are no laundry facilities. This inn is on the more rural west side of the lake, in a residential neighborhood, so if you want nightlife, this isn't the place for you. Catching a taxi wasn't a problem, however.

Unless you want to be in the middle of tea country with little accessibility by taxi and bus then its perhaps better to book elsewhere east of West Lake. We were advised to take a bus into the city but the buses and cabs were too unreliable. The facilities and service is good, but it more or less resembles more of a travel lodge/hostel than a hotel.

The don't speak english, the water broke and it took ages to fix, they left the window open in the rooms and were freezing! small rooms, clean but very very cold floors, good chinese breakfasts.

Conveniently located, only short distance to city center by taxi which is easily available. Friendly and helpful staff but not good in English/ Set in beautiful and quiet environment by the lake. Recomended for a quiet abd relaxing stay away from hussle and bussle of city life.

大體上算不錯的住宿品質，只是飯店的位置有些偏遠，但不過因為如此，才擁有美好的寧靜環境(行走至公交站及自行車站沿途風景很美)，很推薦給大家~

不過預定過了,我還是付的全款,一點都沒優惠.酒店的位置也很好.

交通は多少不便だけど、静かで自然の中にあるホテル。 フロントスタッフもフレンドリーでした。 ホテル付近に食堂や小さな売店もあり、特にこだわりがなければ食事や日用品の購入には困らないと思います。 ホテル朝食は10元でお粥、漬物、饅頭、卵、牛乳でした。 利用していませんが、すぐ近くにお洒落なバーもあったようです。

酒店環境蠻幽靜的，除了出去有點不方便。。酒店員工服務態度很好，裝修也蠻新，是年輕人居住的風格。不好的地方如下， 1.隔音不是很好 2.房間小，尤其衛生間小，如果衛生間門做成推門，會節省空間點。
