Good location for the price.
The hotel was situated in an ideal location for sight seeing. Taking walks along the Ronghu Lake was beautiful and peaceful. Watch out for pick pockets though. We had one following us but I confronted his actions and avoided an issue. Guilin is a nice city. Slower pace than most with taxi drivers that obey the speed limit and are not on the horn constantly. The hotel lobby was lovely but the room was a little dingy. Carpets needed cleaning with some small spots with wall paper pealing. The bed was rock hard. I carry an air mattress to solve this problem. The hosts we pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was very good with a large selection of meals. Over all comfortable and nice.

Terrible
check internet. most reviews are from chinese local travelers;therefore hotel does not meet western standards. Large rooms. No eglish speaking staff. All guests smokes and spits.Good location. Beds are plywood covered with bed sheets. Have you slept on sidewalk? No western food not even for breakfast.

OK for Short Stay
Staff was efficient, polite, helpful from checkin to checkout. Hotel beautifully located on Rong Lake, which makes for lovely evening stolls with tea along the way and public dancing if you wish. Easy access to all of the main sights in Guilin by taxi. Our building was quite old, built in 1953, and showing definite signs of wear in the rooms. Bathroom shower had poor water pressure and a handle that needed replacement. Beds are hard, which may or may not be a bad thing. Slight musty odor in the room, especially noticeable when you first enter.

Several good Chinese breakfast spots just across the street, and good restaurants just over the bridge and to your left. Nice late night tea spot along the walkway around the lake.

This place is so easy to stay
This place is so easy to stay at - right beside the lake ! It is a huge complex and has the facilities to go with such a huge place. For us it was worth paying a bit more and having such luxury by the lake.

スタンダード・ツインを利用。料金はオフシーズンの為か割安。
スタンダード・ツインを利用。料金はオフシーズンの為か割安。 インターネットＬＡＮケーブル有り、無料で利用可能（約１００Ｍ）。セイフティボックスは無し。シャワーのみ。アメニティは一般的。ミニバーコナーは有るが冷蔵庫の中は空。冷暖房完備。眺望は無し（見えるのはビルの屋根のみ）。室内の清掃は良好。フロントは英語でのサポートのみ。 ロケーションは空港からエアポートバスで約５０分で桂林駅近くのバス停に到着。そこからタクシーでホテルへ約１５元程。ホテルからは湖畔沿いに東へ歩いて約１０分程で中心街の中山中 へ。
