Best Airport Hotel in China
The Pullman Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Hotel is one of the best I ever had chance to stay in an airport. Very conveniently located within 5 minutes walking distance from the terminals, it offers a very modern architecture, a very pleasant lobby, swimming pool, terrasse and great rooms with excellent sercices. The staf was so nice, welcoming and helpful. I was upgrated to a suite room, which came to a great good surprise to me. Breakfast is serverved in a elegant restaurant offering a large variety of foods from Western to Asian. For those who want to relax in a quite and beautiful environment, this is the place to stay.

staff helpful, friendly good restaurant no wireless in room room key didn't work, had to be replaced the perfect hotel if you're flying, 3 minutes walk from the deprature

Don't order the tacos
For a high rated hotel the food sure was awful. I've been away from the US for at least six months and was missing home. So I ordered chicken tacos and a tuna sandwich. The tacos cost me 99rmb ($12). Quite outrageous but I was starving. The shells were stale and chewy. The tuna sandwich came 30 minutes later. The toasted bread it came in was also chewy and cold. I sent the tacos back and it seems like they microwaved that entire dish then brought it back. I just ate the chicken out of it and left the shells on the plate. The waiters didn't even bother to ask how everything was. They were too busy gossiping amongst each other. My advice, eat at the airport. It's cheaper and better quality.

Very nice indeed!
Five minute walk to the airport departure lounge. Very friendly and efficient staff. Rooms are stylish and have just about everything you could ask for!

So luxurious and convenient!
My fiancee stayed with me the night before my flight back to the US; we had dinner in the resturant and thoroughly enjoyed the food and service. The rooms were so clean , modern and comfortable (nice soft mattress,down comforter and pillows) . A 3 minute walk to the main terminal, although they have a shuttle if you wish.And the price was so low. We will stay there again. We almost liked it better than our fave 'White Swan Hotel'

5-star hotel for 2-star American prices
The hotel was honestly great. The hotel is actually connected to the Guangzhou airport which is great for long layovers. I was a little hesitant booking it because the cost was the price of a normal American hotel, but after arriving I soon discovered that I was staying in a 5-star hotel. The service was great. The room was super clean and had just about anything I could have asked for. You do have to pay for internet but it's a reasonable cost. The bed was by far one of the most comfortable things I have ever slept on and was complete with memory foam pillows. The hotel had a pool, spa, several restaurants, and just about an amenity you could ever desire. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone stuck in Guangzhou with a long layover. It was definitely well worth the price.
