Horrible horrible stay !!! The

Horrible horrible stay !!! The staff there are so rude. Because we had 2 nights stay, and one of the night we check in late at night - 1.30pm , but this isnt their fault ... what we can't stand is that the lady , i think by the name of 'Rose' , spoke to us very rudely. Becoz we want to extend the rm till 6pm (because my father is ill, and we are catching the flight at 1am) , the room rate was initially told us at RMB 249. but was later changed to RMB 540. It will be charged FULL AMOUNT, even more expensive then what we paid for. Of cox i didn't want it. Futhermore, they change the initially promised check-out time from 2pm to 1pm. it was so ridiculous.... somemore in a very very RUDE way. Its a NO MORE STAY here again in Jovenstar. But i have to credit the bell-boys...they are all very helpful and thoughtful throughout ...realli appreciate that... The bed is so so so hard ...had sleepless night ..will not recommend it to people...

Overall the hotel facilities is good, new and clean. Hotel breakfast have not much choice. The location stated in google map is not correct.

經hotelclub預訂時為kingsize bed only,

經hotelclub預訂時為kingsize bed only, 但房單顯示為(Superior Room-2 Twin Single Beds "Double" 到當日check-in 時當值職員表示我們預訂的是雙床房， double 的意思是兩張單人床，我們表示按英語或國際酒店預訂經驗，double bed 的意思是一張雙人床， 經我們再三表示不能接受雙床房後，其表示可給我們轉房，但要求我們下次竹看清楚，我們覺得此職員的態度十分有問題，第一，沒有弄清楚便假設是我們看錯的問題，第二，已經轉房給客人仍然要對客人不禮貌對待。 對此酒店的態度十分不滿 另外，hotel club的資料出錯亦是令此事故發生的主要原因
