My trip was for family shopping so I mainly used the hotel for sleeping & it was perfect The bed mattress was the worst it felt like apiece of concrete other than that evry thing was ok I recommend the hotel for Arabic families caus the close location to Arabic restaurants

The Hotel is not bad and I thing it is 5* in some area and 4* in Most of the areas special the superfine room is just ordinary 4 stars Hotel Room, But It could be 5* in Asia but not in Europ

Great with a little room for Improvemnet
The lobby is very beautiful. There are name brand shops connected to the hotel. The room was adequate. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
