Nice hotel, but that was it. Reception

Nice hotel, but that was it. Reception staff not welcoming & spoke little English, for large international chain hotel. Concierge useless with any assistance. Location was okay but very noisy, even from 15th floor. Hotel dinner buffet, great selection but was later disappointed with service when staff did not permit photo taking of buffet for memories. The only positive, decent size room with free water replenished daily. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

THE HOTEL IS GOOD BUT CHARGE SOME OTHER

THE HOTEL IS NICE AND CLEAN AND VERY FRIENDLY STAFF BUT THEY CHARGE EXTRA OF WHAT WE HAD ALREADY PAID VIA ORBITZ, THEY SAID IT WAS A SERVICE CHARGE OF 10% PLUS ANOTHER TAXES USD3 PER DAY PER PERSON
