何度か大連に行き他のホテルに泊まりましたが、総合的に一番良い
何度か大連に行き他のホテルに泊まりましたが、総合的に一番良い感じでした。 次回も同じホテルに宿泊します。 1点だけおしゃれな水栓金具が設備されていましたが、操作勝手が悪い・・・・・。デザインだけで選んだ感じです。またシャワーヘッドが使用中外れた。 中国で泊まりたいホテルのベスト3に入ります。

Cafe staff ran after me to give me the changes I forgot. Hotel clerk was also very kind and helpful when I needed to find the place I had to go for meeting. Very good service.

酒店服务和其星级不符。早餐遇到一位“眼镜”服务员，穿着像拖鞋
酒店服务和其星级不符。早餐遇到一位“眼镜”服务员，穿着像拖鞋一样的半高跟鞋走来走去，声音很响。问她筷子在哪里拿，回答“餐台上”，我们找不到，又问，回答十分不耐烦，好像我们是白痴。更不可思议地是，请她倒咖啡，每人半杯，约100ml, 请求加一些，竟然被告知今天咖啡供应结束了，早上8点20分，凯宾斯基的西餐厅没有咖啡喝了！在我们的质疑下，总算每人加了几十毫升。退房查房后门锁不能自动关上，引得前台几次三番的打来电话问是否有人留在房中。十分后悔订了这家酒店，用掉我好不容易攒下的60多美金积点。其后的两天我们住在富丽华，没有遇到什么不快。
