Needs a complete revamp
The hotel used to be the top address in Chengdu some years ago. Today it looks like a place without management. Some of the facilities are undergoing renovation, service personnel is focusing on internal issues and tries to ignore guests.

Centrally located, the Hotel is ideal for both business and leisure travellers alike. While the hotel room decor and building are somewhat dated, its cleanliness, freshness and staff service are excellent, with the exception of carpet appearance on corridor outside hotel rooms. The quality of breakfast is however considered average when compared to other 5 stars hotels.
