REFUND NEEDED
I had my markedly worst hotel experience. In short, after having spent the previous 12 hours in meetings, I turned in around midnight exhausted only to spend the next several hours killing large flying insects in my room. I complained but they refused to believe me. I then produced evidence and requested a refund. They wouldn't oblige, but attempted to secure the dead bug (which I had killed and wrapped in a towel). I also took several pictures (which I'm happy to send you) and showed them, at which point they apologized and offered me a complimentary breakfast.

Well located for the Embassy Area in Beijing
Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights whilst visiting the Chinese embassy. Hotel was well situated, good sized room slightly dated room decoration, lighting in the room poor, with no main light just table lamps. Well insulated rooms, good bed. Comfortable. Free Wireless in the lobby area only. I would stay there again. Check out 12:00 but can be extended if you wish with gentle persuasion to 2pm. Main train station 20 mins by Train. airport 40 mins. Taxis cheap and all metered.
