Excellent stay
five star hotel, new and rooms are very beautiful. Loved the rain fall shower, 5 mins walk to wan Fu jing shopping st, lively street. I've stayed in many hotels in Beijing , this and Wanda sofitel are my favorites. Except a luxury room here costs only abbot 150 a night. For a five star, love it !

Site Seeing
The hotel is very conveniently located and the facilities were very nice. The staff was a hit or miss, some were very helpful and nice, but then others would ignore you until you waived at them and then it was very matter of fact service.

Well located and great hotel
Clean, well located, great breakfast and club lounge, great room and service. A little bit noisy (as any place in Beijing) and few people speaking good english (as anywhere in China).

Great business trip
I was there on a business trip and have to say that hotel was a great place. Extremely clean rooms, fantastic service. The only part that came in as a surprise are airport shuttle service listed on your website and does not exist and accidental insurance in amount of 2000RMB (~$310) charged when checking in. Should be returned. Other than that, perfect!

Excellent Stay
The Regent was very comfortable. The room was beautiful, as was the rest of the hotel. The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. The location was good - close to a lot of the main tourist stuff, and actually, the subway runs underneath the complex that the hotel is located in - which was very convenient.

Excellent Location! Great Staff
The service of the concierge was impeccable and so helpful and we would not have been able to tour the city easily and get to where we want to go efficiently without their help. The concierge was key to our stay and I have nothing but praise for all the service staff. Our room was beautiful, high floor and view of the intersection including the Legendale. Loved lounging daily on the chaisse munching on the apples they provided and enjoying the view. The only negative - and it shouldn't discourage anyone from staying - was that the room maintenance was not absolutely impeccable. The were attentive to some things - like supplying me daily with ice without having to ask for it and then there were some little things they overlooked. Cleaning was very good, just not impeccable. The location is the best! A subway and starbucks and banks and convenience stores right around the corner, less than a 15 second walk.
