Fabulous
The hotel was beautiful and the staff very accommodating. It was also in walking distance to attractions and shopping. Hotel is highly recommended.

Raffles is a seuperb franchise, and the beijing raffles is a good hotel bus small things deplete the oustanding service. Example, the clean of the room is inefecient, I found some dust and one pair of glassses of the last guest under the bed. The mattress is old and very hard, for sure old Chinese mattres. Dont refill the water bottles.samall things that made the difference, The foreign staff are superb

Last night in Beijing
The place is amazing. Only downside is they can't control the temperature so it was super hot. BUT, they did put in a portable air conditioner which did help. Just surprised I had to ask for it. Also, the breakfast totaled around $50, too much. The the service, room, and amenities were outstanding.

Fantastic hotel, can't beat the location, flawless service and impeccable staff. Amazing breakfast buffet, (a tad expensive but everything you could ever want to make up for the cost). I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to see Beijing with ease. In a city so large, it was so nice to be within walking distance to almost everything you can possibly want to do.

Great hotel!
Location was perfect -- close to Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square and Wangfujing (shopping street). John, the 'hotel ambassador" could not have been more helpful, as was Jackie. Hotel definitely earns its 5 star rating.

Like a Familiar Friendly Place
