The staff are clueless that we have booked thru' Hotelclub and wanted to double charge us for the room rate. Please pick a non-smoking room if you do not want to be killed by the thick smoke coming from the rooms around you.

Comfortable bed and room. They

Comfortable bed and room. They forgot to give me a voucher for breakfast when I checked in so there was a bit of difficulty getting my breakfast. Level of spoken English by reception staff could be better. Excellent location.

本人預定了酒店,連訂金也付了給ratetogo, 但到達時酒

本人預定了酒店,連訂金也付了給ratetogo, 但到達時酒店前台告訴我房間已賣了, 等了一段時間, 最後要發火大聲先有黑色衫的小姐處理, 開頭說先給一間, 但我不接受, 再發火大聲先有兩間, 上房檢查, 發現給了標準間而不是行政間, 再下去先被安排與其他訂了本身是標準間的客人轉房, 我覺得酒店行政非常亂, 必須改善。
