Beijing is a very large city, walking is not possible between most major sights and restaurants. Plan on using taxis and the subway. Always travel with a list of destintations written in Mandarin for taxi drivers.

Great location- right next to
Great location- right next to the shoppping centre. The service was 5*. The rooms were really large in size. We have a 2 year old and he loved running up and down the hall of the room. Will definatley stay here again.

Great Hotel
Excellent Hotel, great decor, great service. I left unintentionally $600 in cash in my safe deposit when I left and called later. The staff had reported the money and the Manager offered to reimburse my credit card since I had already left the country and China's banking authorities do no permit free money exchange. What a great surprise and relief, quite frankly in many other places in the world it would have been likely that the cash would have "disappeared" as there was no proof of my claim other than my word and the staff's remarkable integrity. The only drawback was that we asked for a glass of champagne which was not in the bar menu at one of the bars and were charged almost $40 for it without being warned by the waiter, which in my opinion was in poor taste. Other than that the hotel experience was perfect, happily would return again.

Very nice accomodations
I have now stayed in the hotel twice for business. The rooms are very nice and the front staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is the best selection and service. Two thing to know if you are there on business - while breakfast may be free for you its $40 for your guest - very high. I have eaten dinner there 3 times and 2 out of the 3 there were issues. Slow service, menu items not available and wrong orders. Apologies were quick to come but at the prices being charged it made me go elsewhere for my dinner - several nice places within walking distance.

Nice Hotel, Nice Service, Nice Location
The Hotel was very nice, quiet, clean, and safe. The fitness room and swimming pool were incredible. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of healthy choices and yummy food for our children. The room we stayed in (75m^2) in was wonderful with lots and lots of space. Our only complaint was some of the employees at the Concierge's Desk. At times it seemed as if they didn't have a clue what they were doing or things took much longer than they should have. Also, sometimes when ordering room service, the person we spoke to had limited English. This made ordering food a bit painful at times.

This hotel is in a fantastic location
This hotel is in a fantastic location and the porters were always keen to assist with directing taxi's to our destination. Having stayed in other Hilton Hotels before, the main difference with this Hilton Hotel was the food was a little hit and miss (western foods only). All other aspects where in keeping with what you would expect from a Hilton Hotel

Excellent hotel with great facilities.
Excellent hotel with great facilities. Unfortunately there were two construction sites adjacent to the hotel which operated 24hrs per day. Prices for food, drinks, laundry etc very high. However, highly reccomended place to stay.

Better impossible
Very nice hotel with perfect location near Wangfujing Street. Only 15 meters to APM Shopping Mall with many restaurants. The room was incredibly big, we were upgraded to a suite. It was very very nice and modern. You must dine one night at the hotel restaurant CHYNNA, excellent food and ambience for reasonable price. This is the best choice in Beijing.

Hilton Beijing, Wangfujing stay
We had to wait 2 hours for the available room. But the manager courteously apologized and upgraded our room to something bigger. I would say it was worth the wait.

worth the price
Great room, huge and very comfortable bed, shower and just gorgeous. Very polite and friendly staff. Everything was great except that internet was not free and most hotels in China do provide free internet, so I was a little disappointed and annoyed. The location is great, I was on a layover for just three nights after a month in China so it was very convenient for last minute shopping. For sightseeing, book your own tour online, there's many options, they pick you up from the hotel and drop you off at the end of the trip. It is very convenient and cheap. In comparison the ones the concierge service offer are too limited or expensive. Overall, it was worth every penny and I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Beijing to stay there.
