The hotel has 64 rooms that provide the rest that every guest is looking after a long day of work or if your stay is part of a well deserved In holiday. You can choose between Single rooms, doubles, triples, quadruples, loft Family, Junior Suites and Suites. Each has air-conditioning systems, TV, safety box, telephone with national and international direct dialing, minibar, and Internet Wi-fi. Guests can relax on the 4,800 m2 of green areas that surround the hotel in beautiful gardens and outdoor pools, or enjoy a meal at the restaurant, great moments in the Bar, or request a service through the Room Service. A four star hotel where you will enjoy an atmosphere of welcome and comfort with exquisite decor, surrounded by gardens and pools, where you will feel at home, with all the services you need.
Child Policy: Children under 6 years old are free of charge when sharing existing bedding with their parents. The hotel has cribs on request and have to be confirmed upon request due to availability.

Note : Non-Chilean residents are exempted from VAT (Value-Added Tax) payment on room prices upon check out. Non residents will be asked for a photocopy of their valid passport and immigration card ("Tarjeta de Turismo") upon arrival. Good location

the place is nice, our room was a loft, it was small and cramped. The bathroom was extremely uncomfortable and the amenities in the room were from a 2 star hotel...wanting to be a 4 . Breakfast was good, lunch was poor and dinner was a lot better. Some staff were nice others not at all. This is not a handicapped friendly hotel... It has many stairs. Gardens are very nice

Apoquindo mall, there is a food court and money exchange. Good prices in most of the items sold there..

Quiet place

my room was large and comfortable, the tubs in the bathroom were very uncomfortable to get in and out. The hotel had friendly atmosphere, it was more like a very large home. Breakfast was great and some of their plates were good also. Walking distance to malls, subway and buses. Not to good for handicapped people.

Lider express is a supermarket located very close to the hotel were you can buy a snack, toiletries, etc.

Tarnished Stars

Not sure who gave this hotel 4 stars ... or when ... but if they still have them, they're pretty tarnished. Called ahead to make sure early checkin (11 am arrival after an overnight flight) was possible and a suit and shirt could be pressed for my first meeting at 12:45 ... no problem. When I arrived, they told me my room wasn't ready and tried to charge me an extra $50 for checking in a couple of hours early. I finally told them to just clean my room while I waited in the lobby. Restaurant was a disaster ... was in town on business for a week, had abunch of meetings planned in the hotel with clients coming to see me ... ended up moving most of them to an off-site location. Pools are tiny ... dand service is not conducive to a business traveller. Not sure who their target market is, but they missed with me. Won't be staying there again.

If you have the misfortune to stay at this hotel, eat at the Pizza Nova around the corner ... great food, and about a 5 minute walk in a safe neighbourhood.

Elegant

This is an older hotel that is very comfortable. It stands out as a friendly, personable place in a city that is increasingly becoming high rise, glass and brick.
