Additional Charges - Non-Chilean residents are exempted from VAT (Value-Added Tax) payment on room prices upon check out. Non residents will be asked for a photocopy of their valid passport and immigration card ("Tarjeta de Turismo") upon arrival. Not Bad
The hotel was not bad, most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. what made the trip not so great was they did not have my reservation upon arrival. and when arriving at 5 am to a strange country it is not fun to learn you may not have a room to sleep in. in the end things were sorted out but it was a bit uncomfortable.

Very good value for the price in a location that puts most of Santiago's core locations within walking distance. No AC so might be hot in summer and no personal services as one might expect with the word spa in their name.

Very nice, not fabulous
Pretty much no English spoken, so very hard to communicate. Needed the air conditioner fixed, took 3 calls and 2 trips to the front desk before it was handled. Otherwise, very nice people and extremely clean. Great value, you get a lot for your money.

Good service for the price I payed.
Secure neighborhood. Not so close to downtown but if you are a good walker you can make it. The room was very clean and the kitchen very well equipped. There is a small supermarket close to the hotel so you can save a lot cooking your self fast dishes. The friendly staff can give you good advice on tours and get for you secure taxi service. They also have a touch screen system that shows the entire touristic offer. Ask for it. Take the time to go to the top of the building to admire the beautiful skyline. To observe the full moon rising from behind of the snowed Andes for me was a surreal experience! Santiago de Chile, what a wonderful city! I want more!
