Terrible smell and service hotel

The day I arrive in the front desk the lady didnt ask me if I want in a smoking room, when I saw the room imedialty went again to the front desk to ask a change room, they dont help me, just until I call you to cancel the reservation. the cleanliness of the room was terrible, The blankets and curtains were dirty and broken, the tables and bath with powder of several days and the smell was terrible.. really dirty. The customer services terrible, I ask during several days for a voltage adapter and always told me that will cal me back to conifrm if have onel and never returned the call and either sent the adapter. to expensive the calls and the cost of the room vs the beneficits
