This hotel is located in a very safe and green residential area of Providencia, Santiago. Only five minutes walking distance of World Trade Center, stores, restaurants and subway. Very easy to reach in less than 20 minutes from the Airport. The BEST WESTERN Los Espanoles provides complimentary amenities such wireless Internet, buffet breakfast, parking, local telephone calls, newspapers in the lobby, business center and coffee in the bar. All these amenities are to assure you have a very pleasant stay, whether for business or for leisure, at a very reasonable price. With 48 rooms in total, the hotel also includes a bar, restaurant, meeting rooms, 24-hour room service and laundry. All rooms are comfortably decorated and include a work desk, hairdryer, emergency lighting, cable TV, mini-bar, clock and direct dial telephone. Both smoking and non-smoking rooms are available. True Chilean charm and hospitality, right in the middle of Santiago.

We loved it! Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, welcoming dining area and lovely outdoor patio; delicious meals, great buffet breakfast...definitely a 5-star-3 star hotel. We'd stay there again in a flash!

Great little hotel

Los Espanoles is located on a quiet residential street just a half mile or so from a row of restaurants. Our upstairs room was quiet, good-sized and comfy. The breakfast was good. There are no elevators so people who can't climb stairs need to consider staying elsewhere.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

Don't eat at Mariskos, a fish restaurant. They were way over-priced and my husband's seafood pasta came with two clams, one of which was obviously dead before they cooked it (shell was shut tight) and a bunch of squid rings for $20 US. A lady eating down the street said her group has eaten at the same restaurant (can't remember the name) for three nights and loved it. We paid over $50 per couple at Mariskos and that's without drinks. Our waiter was rude and laughed when we said he should replace the clam. We figured that we were paying about $5 per clam so they should both be eatable.

Good value, good location

Some may find the location too quiet, but I liked the fact that it was in a residential neighborhood across from a nice park and only 10 minutes walk to a good shopping district.
