Atton Las Condes is a modern 18-story building where 211 silent, modern, warm, ample and air-conditioned rooms are well distributed and fully furnished with king or queen-size beds, TV cable, desk, minibar and a safe. We offer convenient and steady rates, comfortable accommodations and excellence in service. Internet, outside Swimming Pool, Gym, Restaurant, Bar and Room Service. Best 4 stars Hotel at the bests rates.

It was necessary for me to extend my stay an extra week and things did not go smoothly. The following is the shortened version: I looked online and saw that rooms were available (several different sites). When I spoke to the front desk they told
me that they did not have anything available. I felt as if they thought they could get a guest in my place that would pay a higher rate. I checked with them several times over several days and they finally (at the 11 and 3/4th hour) said that I could stay an additional 3 days. They insisted that after this there were no rooms available and they could not do anything. I then went online and made my reservation through this fine travel service (for which I am writing the review which will hereinafter be called "AWESOME") for the remainder of my stay. When I told the hotel what had happened they told me that AWESOME made a mistake and that my confirmation would be cancelled. I then called AWESOME, who then called the hotel and verified my confirmation. I then stayed the remainder of the week. If I would have listened to the hotel without checking back with AWESOME I would have been on the street. The hotel made me feel bad throughout this whole ordeal wondering if I would be stranded for a week with no place to stay. I am worried that there will be retribution the next time that I stay at the hotel because of my review.
I also want to mention that the hotel does not have refrigerators in the room. They merely have what they call a "maintainer" that does not do much for keeping anything refrigerated. I had some food in the unit and it all went bad.
The rooms do not have coffee makers as I have found in other local hotels.

Santiago is expensive. I suggest that if you will be staying for an extended time that you go to one of the local markets and buy food so that it is not necessary to eat out often.
