When we checked in, the staff noted that we were charged at a higher rate than they normally charge. The air conditioning didn't work to cool the room. The continental breakfast would not be served that morning as the person responsible overslept and the only other person was 8 months pregnant and she could not prepare coffee. Others were disappointed as well with the lack of parking. They were told to park on the street and move your car before 9:00 am or you would get a ticket. The bathroom was very small and awkward, with a vessel sink over the edge of a soap dispenser and the phone in the bathroom. View from room was of a construction site and they started working early at 5:00 am. I took photos and they were not pretty. I would not stay here again.

On the way to Alaska

Staff was not unfriendly, but not friendly. We arrived and ate at the sports bar and the waitress was barely interested. The same with the desk person when we checked out.
