Not fantastic

Huge hotel, perfect for young adults as there are two lounges on site. There are two separate pool rooms, a confectionary store that closes at around 10 and what seemed like a buffet-style eatery (didn't give it a try). As an individual who works in the hotel business, I found this hotel to be below the standard I have for a decent hotel room - very outdated rooms, included beds that fold onto the wall (however, the space containing the hydraulics behind the headboard - which is clearly visible - was very disturbing). No vending machines with snacks, or juice, hotel staff was busy on cell-phones and seemed to be in a rush to get you out of their way. O.K. hotel, not worth the price. Do not think I will be staying again.

For the business traveler...

I enjoyed my stay at this location. I did not have high expectations for a TravelLodge hotel due to staying at one previously in the States but this location proved worthy!! Not only was the lobby nicely decorated and updated but I had a chance to dine at Oscar's, the lounge on site and it was comfortable, laidback yet had a hip vibe with TVs and great service. The rooms were pretty nice and the suite that I stayed in had all the required amenities for me as a business traveler which was nice. The only flaw for the site is that they could use some refresh of the carpeting.

Time-saving tip: Short drive from hotel

Airport is a quick drive especially for an early morning flight! Loved the quick commute for 6am take-off.

Barely adequate

The hotel is in the midst of a major renovation and the surroundings were decidedly not very nice.
