Needs to pay attention to the details.
Overall the experience was satisfactory. I had an issue with the cleanliness of the bathroom and I asked for extra coffee for the morning. Neither of my requests were attended to.

Good Regina Value
We were making a flight connection and spent about 6 hours in our room. Very noisy lobby due to a wedding but upper levels were very quite. Great bed w/very good pillows. Downtown Regina is a very different experience than the prairie suroundings.
Not a classic Canadian railroad hotel but very comfortable and a fraction of the cost. Good restaurants downtown. Don't eat at the mall!

Staff tries!
This is an older hotel located in the downtown region. The only reason I would recommend this hotel to friends is that I feel it isn't any worse that others in the vicinity, so you may as well shop by price. The room was a bit dirty, especially
the bathtub. Ours was the typical room setup with bed/tv in one area and bathroom in another. But if you are just looking for a place to sleep and don't plan to spend much time in your room it will work. The staff is helpful. The restaurant, lounge and pub in the hotel are average but pricey, but the waitstaff is great.
