Great staff, great price

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The view from our room was spectacular, the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The rates were very reasonable for the quality of the service. Though the interior appearance of this hotel is just a little dated (like it was super hip 10 or 15 years ago), it was still clean and comfortable, and a very nice place to stay. I was in on business so didn't have a chance to check out most of the amenities offered, but the food was wonderful.The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that there was some confusion with a food promotion that was included in my reservation, that apparently didn't make it into their system. While I was assured it would be resolved before I checked out, I still received a very hefty bill for food charges upon checkout(which were supposed to be included per [...]the receptionist I had dealt with originally). They did not bill me at the time, and I am still waiting/hoping this will be resolved shortly.
