Nice Business location
For me it was great it was the first time that the room bathroom was not clean as they use to be I been there a lot of time and the service was great and trhe room where clean this time the room need a little more attention\

Nice Hotel
Very nice location (10 min ride to old Quebec) in a beautiful city. We did not spend much time in the actual hotel but the service was great and our room was clean and just right. Would def stay in the same hotel again.

I found the staff very friendly
I found the staff very friendly and informative. On another note the restaurant attached to it , "Rascal's " was outstanding for the meals! (Best escargot I have ever had!)

just a short drive from old town quebec
this is an ok hotel and the price is reasonable. it's simply not a 4star hotel. think 3 stars. i would have expected cleaner rooms and more amenities for the 4star rating. the modern touches in the room are already showing wear. not a bad hotel to rest a weary head, but i would try another one next visit. besides, if you're in quebec you've got to be spending most of your time in the old town!

if you like pretentiousness or feeling the need to be treated rudely, by all means try the restaurant. seems very popular, but i couldn't bear it.

The good, the bad and the moldy
Very filty and moldy bathrooms.( Black mold all over the shower grout). Complained to the manager. The reply was that she was sorry. It was our first and last time at Hotel Cartier. Very embarassing for our guest from South Carolina. My wife and I are both Canadian and I was born and raised in Quebec City. Never experienced anything like this before. We felt like we were in a cheap motel. Do they have health department standards they should meet? Upon our arrival we were told to park our car in the back of the hotel. They like to keep the front parking open for the restaurant guests. They could not provide us with a remote for tv in the lounge. (Only the manager has access to it) There was no internet access available.

QC Hotel
Modern Stay
Hotel is near shopping centre and the Quebec Aquarium. After getting off the elevator to our hotel room floor - we found that they had stairs (5-10 stairs)in the hallways to the hotel rooms. Was very difficult getting luggage up and down to our room.

Very nice play to stay
The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean an comfortable. The overall image is luxurious with a minimalist touch. The parking is plentiful and in case you need to use public transport the bus stop is near.

Very well furnished rooms. Very classy lobby. 20-25 minutes bus ride to Old Quebec City.
