very comfortable and accomodating
The room was small but very clean and comfortable.We were impressed by the bathroom which appeared to be recently renovated.The location was favorable for we two elderly people and we were especially pleased that the air conditioning worked as the temperatures in Quebec City were unusually hot. We would recommend it to friends as we thought it wasa delightful experience.

One of our favorite restaurants was the Petite Italiano.Very good food , reasonable priced and very friendly servers.We highly recommend it.

Perfect location (convenient but just out-of-the-way enough to be quiet) great service and clean -- small rooms but well worth it.

Within walking distance of attractions.
This hotel was within our price range and was within walking distance of just about everything in Old Quebec City. However, our room was very cramped - only had one chair, and a slanted ceiling that we had to duck under to navigate the room. The hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful.

Not great service
Due to misunderstanding by a hotel staff, I almost got kicked out of the hotel a day before I was supposed to leave. There was no apology. Overall, their customer care was not good. The location is good, but the room is very small. Everything is within a walking distance.

We want to go back
The room was small but we loved the view and location. A surprise was a wonderful continental breakfast that we enjoyed every morning in front of the window overlooking the St Laurence river and the Chateau Frontenac. The staff was fabulous and very helpful. We would go back in a heart beat. We were centrally located and within walking distance of all we wanted to experience.

For a romantic dinner that was not only delicious but had entertainment, an attentive staff and was only a 5 minute walk away. Fresh flowers, linens and a view of the Chateau that was amazing and food to die for as well as a talented singer/guitarist made for a very special evening.
