Frontenac. Wonderful.

Would recommend Mon, Jan 11, 2016
Great hotel stay at the Chateau Frontenac. Everything was perfect, including the service at Reservations/Reception and in particular, at the Concierge desk, when we needed a reservation at an already-booked, popular restaurant. She was able to get us in and we appreciated her assistance. This is the 2nd time I've enjoyed the Frontenac and I look forward to returning soon. Friendly, professional staff and a clean, comfortable stay. Very nice.

Quebec trip

Would recommend Tue, Dec 1, 2015
The hotel was not only beautiful, but comfortable even though there were big crowds. The staff helped us, especially at check in to get us a larger room that could more comfortably accommodate three persons. The concierge also helped us on two or three occasions during our stay.

Great stay at the charming hotel.

Would recommend Tue, Aug 4, 2015
The hotel location is superb, right in the old city on the boardwalk. We had a wonderful room in the tower with a view of the city. Hotel staff was excellent. Parking lot is very narrow which makes it very tricky to go up and down the ramp. To get to the hotel (if you are not parking valet) you go up and and down the stairs quite a lot till you get to the lobby. It would have been nice if the wireless connection was included in the price for all guests and you did not have to pay 13.99 a day. Overall, we could not have asked for a better hotel and location. Will definitely stay there again.
