Amazing
The hotel was a little distance from old Quebec but an amazing walk,,,, People were really friendly and the weather was a little cold but sunny. Highly recommend this hotel.

Long walk from hotel
About a 15 to 20 min walk. If you start at the parliament building and walk your way to the fort then off to La chateau and end up at old Quebec perfect day to see everything, The restraints are a fantastic and most of them have english menu.

we visited the beautiful churches,walk tour in the city.Quebec City is amazing especially historical buildings above all streets are clean and the locals are friendly.Our room was 605 the carpet needs a change,it looks like dirty colors well it does not bother us.The whole trips was excellent.

Great place for business travel!
I stayed at Best Western Plus to attend a conference held at the Convention Center about 1 mile away. The area was safe, the hotel was much better than I expected for a B.W., and the service was excellent. I wish continental breakfast had been included, but the restaurant in the building did have some great food options.

It's about 2 miles away from Grande Allee, so if you're looking to spend a lot of time out at night, you can walk, but it'll be a pain.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, there was everything you need in the room. It takes appr 30 min on foot to get the old city center; 15 min on foot to the railway and bus stations. Staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpfull, all my questions were answered and advices given in high professional manner.

Rather far from tourist area
Hotel was very ordinary. Best aspect was the Tempurpedic bed. Service was OK. We should have stayed closer to the Old City. Quite an uphill walk to the tourist areas. Does have restaurants within walking distance.

Great Quebec Hotel
our hotel was within a 15 minute walk to all the attractions in the Upper Town and Lower Town of Quebec City. Room service was excellent and the front desk was very professional in all of our interactions

Excellent restaurants...too many cafes and bistros to choose from in the Upper and Lower Town about a 15 minute walk. Note - this is quite hilly and if you are not in good health or fit you might consider a taxi or car rental to get there

Fantastic Family Getaway
Quebec was cold and rainy. The pool was warm and inviting and the hot tub was safe for our 9 year old. We spent 2 hours a day swimming and stretching out after walking all day. The rooms were spacious. The coffee maker was the individual style so we could each have coffee or tea. Old Quebec is about a 20 minute walk (Uphill). There is a grocery store, liquor store, several restaurants and many shops near by.

Quebec City
Our stay there was very enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We thought the location was great. A lot of nice pubs and restaurants near by and only a short walk to the walled city and fort. If I make it back to Quebec I would definitely stay there. TJ

A really great place for the price.
It is a 10-15 minute walk into the "old city". Parking was $20 per day with valet service, so you don't have access to your car all the time. But the valet service was very quick. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff spoke English and were very good. The room had a coffee maker and a hair dryer and iron. There was cable TV and a clock radio. There was a tub and shower. As usual, the bathtub plug didn't work. (Now I bring my own universal bathtub plug with me because this is a common problem. It's a flat, round piece of rubber.) I found it very hard to get around in the city. Even with a street map. There is a wall, and like a cliff, and many streets are one way. So as we say, "you can't get there from here..."
