From the poetically named streets to Place-Royale, relive a page of Quebec's 400 year old cultural history by stepping out of Le Saint Pierre into the picturesque charming district of Old Quebec. Stumble upon an eclectic array of exclusive boutiques, antique shops and art galleries amidst bistros, sidewalk cafes and gourmet restaurants. Le Saint Pierre is located in a 19th-century building which was once a great symbol in Quebec's oldest financial district. Today, le Saint Pierre neighbours the Musee de la Civilisation, a well-known cultural symbol known for its audacious exhibitions. A stone's throw from Quebec's water's edge promenade, you won't want to miss admiring one of the world's most popular ports of call to stunning, luxury 'floating hotels'. Le Saint Pierre has successfully combined the excellence of fine hotel service with the distinct Old Quebec charm of an intimate inn. The property offers bar, business center, concierge, dry cleaning, gym/ fitness facilities, wireless Internet access and parking facilities - at cost. It's a smoke-free hotel. NOTE: There's a city tax of 3% and breakfast is included.

September Getaway

We had a great time touring Quebec and staying here was one of the highlights. The rooms were in a historic building and the gourmet breakfasts were fantastic. The staff was bilingual and friendly. Directly across from the Museum of Civilization, we were within walking access of lower Quebec, and also allowed us to explore Rue de St Paul and the Farmer's market.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

We found meals expensive in the town so frequented the farmer's market for sandwiches, fruit, wine and delicious pastries.

Aubrge Le Saint-Pierre

A great place to stay. Warm, friendly staff. Beautifully refreshed old building. Walking distance of the Lower Town, and a rail ride away from the upper town. Breakfast was great w/ a number of choices. I'll be going back.

Perfect spot for a Quebec City trip!

This hotel is a great location - walking distance to restaurants, shops, the water, and other sites. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The included breakfast was delicious. I'd highly recommend the valet parking too - very affordable and well worth the cost - about $21 USD/day. Rooms also have jacuzzi tubs which were much needed after walking all the steps and hills of QC! I would highly recommend his hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Pretty close to perfect

The facility is beautiful and well-kept. The St Pierre is superbly located for touring Quebec City. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The breakfast offers a wide selection, is well-prepared and substantial. I would definitely stay here again (or, if the budget allows, at the even nicer sister Hotel 71 next door!)

Shopping tip: Short walk from hotel

The old port covered market is nearby, and offers a gorgeous selection of Quebec-made artisanal foods... tremendous variety, great stuff. Quebec City is near a region full of top-flight food producers, and this market shows it.

Quebec at its best

We enjoyed an amazing visit to this hotel --- 5 nights and lovely and tasteful accommodations, very nice staff and great breakfasts. We'll return without question if ever again in Quebec City. Great location! Look no further. We enjoyed dinner at Côtes à Côtes near the river --- great value and fine meat, exceeded our expectations.

Sightseeing tip: Long walk from hotel

The walk along the boardwalk to the Citadel and looping back was refreshing with great views. Also the Museum of Civilization was terrific - don't miss it.
